Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to resolve it.
We unfortunately generally can't accept returns, since our products are made to order, and all sales are final — as noted on our product pages.
If your item(s) arrives damaged, you can contact us at shop@edlundart.com. We will do our best working with our printing partner to make it right. Do not initiate a return until we've worked out a plan.
